Liam Bacon - Founder and CEO Liam is a serial entrepreneur with a proven track record of building and scaling ventures. At just 14 years old, he launched his first business, generating $20,000 in profit Liam went on to study entrepreneurship at University College London (UCL), one of the world’s leading universities, where he founded KUP, a gamified education platform. Bootstrapped from the ground up, KUP achieved impressive traction, building gamified e-learning applications and peaking at over 20,000 Weekly Active Users (WAUs).

A Web3 adopter since 2016, Liam identified a massive untapped opportunity in the space and In 2021, he founded NXI. Beyond NXI, Liam has advised multiple Web3 companies on growth and marketing strategies, driving over 1 million community members across advised Web3 projects.

Dr Andreas Grammenos - Head of Engineering (Fractional)

Dr Andreas Grammenos is a world class researcher in Computer Science, with a specialisation in Federated Learning and Artificial Intelligence. He holds a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Cambridge, the number 1 technical university in Europe, where he is an active researcher. Andreas has published papers in the worlds leading AI and Machine Learning Journals, and has accumulated nearly 1500 citations on Google Scholar.

Andreas most recently was Co-Founder and CTO of Quine Technologies - where he led the creation of novel Machine Learning algorithms to match developers to organisations codebases in Open Source. The company is backed by Tier 1 VCs such as Cavalry Ventures and Ethereal Ventures. At Quine, Andreas worked closely with NXI's Head of Operations, Abhi, as CTO and COO.

Abhi Setia - Head of Operations Abhi is an operator with a track record of driving operational excellence in startups and scaleups, with multiple successful startup exits on his resume. While still at university, Abhi raised and managed a micro-VC Fund, laying the foundation for his strong finance and legal knowledge, further honed during his early career at a prominent VC fund, Columbia Lake Partners.

As Senior Operations Lead at Citymapper, he played a key role in scaling the business, contributing to its $200M+ exit. He later joined Cosmos Video part of the Founding Team and Head of Operations, where he scaled the company from day 0, culminating in a successful $30M+ acquisition.

Most recently, he was Chief Operating Officer at Quine Technologies, a UK based startup who have developed novel AI algorithms to match developers in open source to organisations’ codebases.

Liam Labistour - Head of Growth Liam is a recognized Thought Leader in Web3 gaming, celebrated as one of the ecosystem’s most accomplished growth strategists. At Splinterlands, he operated as Director of Growth and led the platform’s rise from 0 to 700,000 daily active users, and spearheaded community growth and engagement for a Token that achieved a peak FDV of over $1 billion.

His expertise extends across Growth Marketing and Revenue Generation, with a successful track record in industries spanning Gaming, B2C and B2B startups. He has also served as a trusted advisor to fast-scaling startups, including Flax Labs and Lumen5, driving growth during critical Seed to Series B stages.

Lee Snodgrass - Head of Product

Lee is an accomplished professional in software development, game development, and publishing, with over 15 years of experience, including founding and running a successful development studio and publishing house.

Lee also brings a unique blend of Technical and Marketing expertise. He grew the YouTube channel Pencillimon to over 20 million subscribers, showcasing his skill in audience engagement and content strategy. Early in his career, Lee worked as a consultant at Deloitte, where he developed a strategic and detail-oriented approach that informs his leadership style today.

As a highly technical and strategic Product Lead, Lee excels in aligning development efforts with business goals while maintaining a meticulous focus on execution.

Devin De Vries - Executive Board member Devin is a serial Tech Founder, with ventures backed by Google and Microsoft. He has built products serving 10’s of millions of users per month, across 20+ countries.

Devin is a serial tech founder with extensive experience in scaling global teams and raising capital. Devin has raised over $50 million from Google, SoftBank and Microsoft, and led a 100+ person global team to deliver products serving tens of millions of users across 20+ countries. Initially a fan of the products as a community member, Devin now acts as an operating advisor to the management team, leveraging his operational leadership to drive the project forward.

Rich Robinson - Executive Board Member Rich is a serial entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in gaming and 10+ years in Web3. He founded and led a mobile gaming studio as CEO to a $40 million exit. A key advisor to this project since its inception, Rich is instrumental in shaping its strategic direction and growth.
